How long does it take to receive my order?

Each piece is knitted to order, by hand. Production takes 2–3 weeks from the moment your order is confirmed. We will send you a notification when your piece is on its way.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to Estonia, Finland, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Sweden, and Denmark. If your country is not listed at checkout, write to us at info@norynn.eu and we will find a way.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because every piece is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If your item arrives with a fault, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

What materials do you use?

We work with natural fibres — merino wool, alpaca, and cotton — sourced from small suppliers with honest provenance. Nothing is bleached or dyed unless specified. The fibre composition of each piece is listed on the product page.

How are your pieces made?

Every NORYNN piece is knitted by hand by a small circle of artisans. No automated production, no shortcuts. This is why each one is singular — even two pieces in the same pattern will carry subtle differences from the maker's hands.

Can I place a custom or made-to-measure order?

Yes. Write to us at info@norynn.eu with your measurements and what you have in mind. Custom orders take 3–4 weeks and are priced individually depending on complexity and materials.

How do I care for my knitwear?

Hand wash in cold water with a gentle wool detergent. Lay flat to dry — never hang, as this stretches the stitch. With correct care, natural-fibre knitwear softens and improves with every wash. A care card is included with every order.

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page includes a size guide with measurements in centimetres. NORYNN pieces are designed with a relaxed, generous fit. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing down for a closer fit or up for a looser drape.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store any payment details.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

All NORYNN orders arrive in our signature unboxing packaging — an Oatmilk rigid box with blind-debossed wordmark, tissue wrap, and a handwritten insert card. No additional gift wrap is needed, or offered.
